The W Family (French-speaking Europe)

Bob & Heidi have served in three different countries in Europe and in French-language ministry for the past 10 years. Their various projects have included online theological education for elders and lay leaders, online Biblical counseling training for all believers, and a complete Genesis-to-Revelation Sunday school curriculum that has been downloaded by French-speaking churches around the world. They are currently involved in church-planting, college ministry, coaching, discipleship, and mobilization.

The S Family (North Africa)

David and Emily have been serving in North Africa since 2009. Due to the volatile region of their ministry, we are unable to publish specific information about their ongoing efforts and ministry. Please pray for this family and their ministry team, as they continue to preach Christ in very dangerous areas.

The Balaguer Family

Amanda Balaguer has been a missionary to the people of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic and a supported missionary of Crosspointe since 2016. Amanda moved to Jarabacoa to run the Young Life International ministry as a staff associate, working with the local schools. She is in charge of planning clubs, camps and campaigners (Bible studies) for Young Life. In addition to planning, Amanda focuses on ministering to her Young Life leaders. This looks like a lot of friendship and laughter, but also spiritual growth through intentional discipleship.

Amanda and Danilo met in the DR through their mutual love for ultimate frisbee and were married in November 2017. Amanda and Danilo plan to spend the rest of 2018 in Jarabacoa, training their staff and preparing for their next mission. Preparations are already underway for Amanda to open a new chapter of Young Life in the capital city of Santo Domingo beginning in 2019.
