
Mike Brownfield
Lead Pastor
Pastor Mike and his wife, Missy, have been in ministry for 7 years in Michigan and 15 years in western Pennsylvania. They are originally from Ohio, which explains Mike’s affinity for the Cleveland Browns. After marrying in 1992, Mike attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where he received a Master’s degree in Divinity. Mike and Missy homeschool their youngest son while their older daughter and son attend a local college. Mike likes to read and spend time with family and friends.

Andrew Jorgensen
Pastor of Worship & Media
Andrew, and his wife, Heather, have been involved in international Christian ministry since 2004. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Andrew settled back home in 2013 and began serving that same year as Crosspointe's pastor of youth and student ministries, worship and communications. Prior to 2013, Andrew and Heather served as missionaries in Manila, Philippines, directing an orphanage/transition home for youth and young adults. In 2021 he took a more executive role for the church. Andrew earned his degree in biblical counseling from the North Tennessee Bible College. Andrew and Heather have three girls: Natalie, Matea and Eliana.

Debbie Trocki
Children's Director
Debbie Trocki serves as the leader for Crosspointe's kids ministries and Sunday School. When she is not serving in her role at Crosspointe (or many of the other various roles she volunteers for!), Debbie enjoys exploring new adventures and activities with her three daughters.

Missy Brownfield
Leadership Assistant
As leadership assistant, Missy is responsible for coming alongside staff, deacons, and volunteers to help make serving at Crosspointe a little easier. She also helps people find their place of service and assimilates new families into Crosspointe. Missy graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and in Religious Education. Mike and Missy homeschool their youngest son while their older daughter and son attend a local college. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, and being involved in lots of activities.

Lew Anderson
Elder
Lew and his wife, Esma, have been married 50 years. Lew worked for 42 years as a Nondestructive Test Technician. In 2014, Lew retired and now he and Esma enjoy fellowshipping and worshiping with their church family, leading a Life Group, and camping as often as they can.

Jeff Bell
Elder
Jeff and his wife, Laura, were married in May of 1986 and have two wonderful daughters, Erika and Megan. Jeff is originally from Harrisville, PA but has called Pittsburgh home following his graduation from Grove City College (1985) and accepting a job with Westinghouse. Jeff has worked in various accounting roles with companies around the Pittsburgh area and is currently working at Oberg Industries in Freeport. Jeff is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys reading.

Chick Flora
Elder
Charles (“Chick”) and his wife, Marilyn (“Lynn”), have been married for 43 years, and are blessed with one daughter. Chick has a memorable career as an art teacher in the North Hills and Hampton school districts for 39 years. He has also played and coached baseball, and still enjoys watching a variety of sports. Chick spends a great deal of his retirement helping and ministering to others, and also ‘experimenting’ in the kitchen.

Justin Innocent
Elder
Justin and his beautiful wife have been married since 2009 and have three wonderful children. As a Juvenile Probation Officer, Justin works specifically with troubled juveniles struggling with substance abuse issues. He earned a Master's Degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Justin is passionate about soccer and still plays every chance he gets including a men's league in the greater Pittsburgh area. You can find Justin spending time with his family, or fellowshipping with all of the members of his Life Group.

Jack Grunden
Elder
Jack and his wife, Carol, have been married 49 years this year. He worked for 50+ years as an engineer in the Pittsburgh region before retiring in 2016. Jack and Carol have 3 children and 7 grandkids. Jack is an avid supporter of Pitt basketball and all things Disney.
