Mike Brownfield

Pastor & Elder

Pastor Mike and his wife, Missy, have been in ministry for 7 years in Michigan and 15 years in western Pennsylvania. They are originally from Ohio, which explains Mike’s affinity for the Cleveland Browns. After marrying in 1992, Mike attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where he received a Master’s degree in Divinity. Mike and Missy homeschool their youngest son while their older daughter and son attend a local college.  Mike likes to read and spend time with family and friends.

Andrew Jorgensen


Andrew, and his wife, Heather, have been involved in international Christian ministry since 2004. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Andrew settled back home in 2013 and began serving that same year as Crosspointe's pastor/director of youth and student ministries, worship and communications. Prior to 2013, Andrew and Heather served as missionaries in Manila, Philippines, directing an orphanage/transition home for youth and young adults. Andrew earned his degree in biblical counseling from the North Tennessee Bible College. Andrew and Heather have three girls: Natalie, Matea and Eliana.

Jake Lammott

Youth Director

Jake, his wife Bethany, and their two children began attending Crosspointe in 2016. Prior to that, Jake served extensively in youth ministry at Northway Church (Pittsburgh) and Pathway Vineyard church in Bruns-wick, Maine where he volunteered as the main youth leader. He attended New Tribes Bible Institute for Bible education.

Missy Brownfield

Leadership Assistant

As leadership assistant, Missy is responsible for coming alongside staff, deacons, and volunteers to help make serving at Crosspointe a little easier. She also helps people find their place of service and assimilates new families into Crosspointe. Missy graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and in Religious Education. Mike and Missy homeschool their youngest son while their older daughter and son attend a local college. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, and being involved in lots of activities.

Chick Flora


Charles (“Chick”) and his wife, Marilyn (“Lynn”), have been married for 43 years, and are blessed with one daughter. Chick has a memorable career as an art teacher in the North Hills and Hampton school districts for 39 years. He has also played and coached baseball, and still enjoys watching a variety of sports. Chick spends a great deal of his retirement helping and ministering to others, and also ‘experimenting’ in the kitchen.

Jack Grunden


Jack and his wife, Carol, have been married 49 years this year. He worked for 50+ years as an engineer in the Pittsburgh region before retiring in 2016. Jack and Carol have 3 children and 7 grandkids. Jack is an avid supporter of Pitt basketball and all things Disney.

Justin Innocent


Justin and his beautiful wife, Kelly have been married since 2009 and have three wonderful young children, Rania, Maya, and Jordan. Justin is a Juvenile Probation Officer in Allegheny County, working specifically with juveniles struggling with substance abuse issues. He has a Master's Degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He still plays soccer every chance he gets in a men's league in the greater Pittsburgh area. He enjoys spending time with his family and all of the members of his Life Group.

Joe Warnock


Joe and Julie have been married since 2009 and have been blessed with two children, a son who is two and a half years old and a daughter who is one year old. Joe graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with his Bachelor’s Degree and Carnegie Mellon University with his Master’s Degree. He has worked as a senior high school math teacher in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for 10 years. When he’s not working or involved in church activities, Joe enjoys playing many kinds of games – board games in the winter and yard games in the summer.
